BetterWhenBio.com was created in 2010 for the purpose of educating the public about the need to use environmentally friendly biodegradable products. BetterWhenBio.com's founder, Stephen G. Hill, is an architect by trade. During his twenty five years of practice he has learned the importance of incorporating "green" building technology into his designs. He also learned how disposable materials, if not handled properly, adversely impact the environment.

To that end BetterWhenBio.com's mission is to spread the word about the benefits of biodegradable materials and to provide a resource through which these products can be purchased. Using biodegradable materials that naturally breakdown back into their original organic form helps to reduce waste in our landfills and helps keep our parks, rivers, streams and beaches clean for us all to enjoy.
